The building is sourronded by many small shops, two shopping centres, parks and sport areas. It has private gardens and parking. The room has window, desk, chair, fitted wardrobe and single bed. We have washing machine, dishwasher, Wifi ADSL, TV, DVD.... The rent is 350 plus bills (an average of 30 euros a month).
